I acknowledge that I have read and will uphold the participation confidentiality agreement to not offer for sale, disclose or replicate in written or verbal form, digitally or otherwise confidential information that includes distinguishable module/cue/title naming ids, instruction directives or unique process verbiage. As a consultant, Ashley possesses and will possess certain ideas and information related to the advisement offered that are not made available to the general public and are confidential and proprietary to Patent Ventures. The non-use and non-disclosure obligations of this agreement shall not expire into perpetuity, effective the date of consultation. Exceptions and modifications to this confidentiality can be made in discussion and conversation with Ashley directly. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the state of Georgia.

There will be no refunds or chargebacks for any purpose, unless the session is canceled by Ashley without rescheduling.
