Shipping & Delivery Of Courses

Physical products are shipped via USPS both domestic and international within 24-48 hours of order processing Monday Through Saturday (excluding holidays federal and otherwise stated via website notification). Some items include free priority 2-3 day shipping with purchase while others will require the customer to opt for the delivery class of choice. Items are shipped in discreet USPS protective packaging.

Course/Classes, gift cards and other virtual items are delivered via a streaming service immediately after purchase or via Zoom link invite. All course, classes and gift cards are non-refundable, no exceptions. Transfers may, in some cases, be granted on a case by case basis to inquire about transferring please contact guts@performancetempel.com or use the contact form above. If you have trouble streaming videos or run into issues accessing the course content please send an email so that your issue can be troubleshoot and resolved quickly.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

Product Defects

If you receive a product that has a defect please email guts@performancetempel.com or leave a voicemail at 225-267-7301 with your name, order no. and message within 5 days of delivery to exchange the product.  If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, we will work with you to address the issue. 

Unsatisfied 

Due to the nature of pole, refunds are granted only after review of returned items. Refunds for pole courses/classes are not allows, under no circumstance. If you are not satisfied with your product order, returns for shopping credit or full cash refund will be issued within 5 days of delivery.  If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can only work with you to issue a credit.

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please submit form to begin processing your return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should be mailed back to the address indicated on the shipping container.
