This challenging movement workshop will teach a floating straddle trick posture through a series of smooth, milky movements to help you to load, expand and dominate the tension of balancing your lower body. Practice submission to trusting yourself. Develop a bodily understanding of center of gravity, solidify your push force to balance your body past self limitations.
A recording of this workshop is included for 4 week access. It is encouraged that participants perform/practice the movements once a week for 4 weeks.
