  • Emphasis on response sharpening and situation recognition. Pre-reqs required. Not suitable for introductory beginners.
  • This will be a small group class only 6-8 spots available
  • Tricks will be Cue’d in Heels
  • Expect to learn execution situations like: level changes, aerial thread through transitions, contact point rolling, extension and contraction mobility
  • Dialogue about interpretation and meaning will be had between modulations
  • Prerequisites are required— you MUST have:
    • A mechanical and functional understanding of martini sit and can perform it on both sides
